With the fruit grown in the orchard, that is our main agricultural activity, we make jams and marmalades, in the strictest hygiene standards, at low temperatures and using the vacuum technique to guarantee products with the best organoleptic qualities.
We do not use preservatives, thickeners, or colorants so as not to alter the flavor, color and nutritional content of the fruit.
Each jam maintains the genuine flavor and aroma of fresh fruit.
We raise farmyard and egg-laying animals in a natural way, left to roam freely. Production and sale of artisanal organic honey and extra virgin olive oil .
